Alex -

I just bought the whole package - Organizer Pro and Laser-Shield - but I can't find any instructions on just how - including in what order - to install everything.

I know that is pretty rudimentary and I've probably just overlooked it somewhere, but the training videos and PDF guides all seem to start from a point after everything is installed. I just want to make sure I open all the EXEs in the right order and the right place to get everything set up (with data in an external drive, probably my network drive) from the very beginning.

Can you please point me to those basic instructions amidst the vast amount of material I've now downloaded from you?

Thanks.

The starting point is to run the .exe file to install the IMI Organizer Pro

Then, inside the installed folder you will find the READ ME FIRST file and the User Guide.

To move the installation to an external drive, you simply move the IM-Index folder (and everything inside it).

I too bought a complete Reseller package from one group, that linked me to your pkg.
I installed it, downloaded all the files with the provided DOA files.
Now, how do I start up the IM pkg. I read the REDME FIRST file & it said to use:
  • IM-Index-Organizer-Map.mmap
  • IM-Index-Organizer-PRO.mmap
Neither one is on my machine? I did complete search to NO avail.
What to do next?
