I am new to IM Index and as happy as can be with it.
I do have one sort of IM info I am not sure how best to file in this system. This is information
about suppliers I use regularly, for example I subscribe to what they provide (products) and there is everything from the log in info to peculiarities such as their particular re-branding software for the products that can be re-branded, and various licensing info that applies to all/some products of a certain class obtained from them, the TOS, refund policy, previous support tickets, etc. They do not fit into Outsourcers and are not mapped to any one project.
This could go into the All Products somewhere, but the word that I think of for these entities is "suppliers." I realize I can add anything to Extensions but should first check whether something else is provided. It's not the products from the suppliers but the peculiar
info *about* the suppliers (many).
I am sorry if I have missed an obvious tutorial video or notes within IM Index. I am burnt to a crisp with business today and could really use a hand with this issue anyway...thanks.
