Where do I put these niches?

I have a number of niche products dealing with pets. There is no category for pets or animals so where should I put them? I've looked at all the categories and just can't find a fit. Am I overlooking something?

Hello

To avoid having hundreds of top-level categories for niches - which would still not cover everything, I chose 20 or so high-level niche areas. You then have to decided which is the most appropriate for your specific niche.

To help you decide, I've put guidance in the Notes associated with each niche.

The most likely top-level category is "Home & Garden", and if you look at the Notes associated with that topic, you will see that it includes "Pets".

Here is another tip:

You can use the Search capability of the map. Press Cntrl-F or use the Edit/Find menu. Ensure the Notes checkbox is ticked an just search for your niche. Putting in Pets takes you immediately to the Home & Garden topic.

Of course, not every single niche is representated and sometimes you have to use your own judgement - but you will very often get a hit.

Thanks, Alex. I looked in several of the possible categories, and did a search on pets but turned up nothing. I was obviously doing something wrong, so I'll go back and try again.
