Forum use, recommendations and links

Hello Alex. I noticed you left a testimonial for Underground Traffic Blueprints. I've bought many courses over the last three years - in your view does this one contain anything refreshingly new and different?

I'm about to put up a free site (Clayton/Godfrey) which offers traffic generation as one module along with several other modules which might be of use to forum members. Is it acceptable for members to post links, reviews with links etc on this forum? Can we include "signature" links to get some backlinks?
