I have followed instructions to import existing items into IMI Pro.

I have analyzed my folder, and tagged each item per the instructions as one of the following:
- niche
- a to z topic
- repositories
- other ref. content

I have added descriptions under 'what is in the file' only where it was necessary

I have tagged all items for the "rights", "brand" and "type"

Your video states that the files will be copied to the correct place when the folder is "organized"

However, every time I try to organize the folder, I get the message that not all items are tagged.

I have a spreadsheet with 6 items... and have now reworked the spreadsheet for over an hour... and continue to get the error message.

I can NOT get the script to organize the folder, and I'm ready to just give up. HELP!

When you get the screen that says you have "Missing or invalid tags", there is a link that says "View error log".

Click on that to view the error. It tells you exactly which line is wrong, and what is wrong with it.

Also, if look inside the afrp-.... file, and scroll along to to the right, you will see a column that tells you which rows have not been tagged properly.

If that still doesn't help, please send an email to support (at) oxfordandboston (dot) com and attach yor afrp-... file to your email.

I have sent an email to your support address since there is NO link to an error log and no column in the spreadsheet indicating which items are tagged incorrectly.
